Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GCM (Global Christian Matching), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GCM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use GCM. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

If you misrepresent your age, you are solely responsible for any consequences that arise. GCM is not liable for any interactions, relationships, or incidents resulting from a user who falsified their age to gain access to the platform.

GCM is designed exclusively for evangelical Protestant Christians. By using the Service, you affirm that you identify as an evangelical Protestant Christian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real date of birth and location. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

GCM uses automated location detection for security purposes. Attempts to circumvent location verification (e.g., via VPN) may result in account suspension.

You may not create more than one account. Duplicate accounts will be removed.

As part of the registration process, you will complete an AI-guided interview. The interview is used to:

• Verify the authenticity and orthodoxy of your faith
• Generate your profile narrative and “My Beauty” card
• Assess interview quality for community safety

Your interview responses are processed by AI and may be reviewed by human moderators for quality and safety purposes. GCM reserves the right to deny or revoke access based on interview results.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, age, location, photos, or faith
• Use the platform for scamming, fraud, or financial exploitation
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share sexually explicit, hateful, or violent content
• Attempt to proselytize non-evangelical or heretical beliefs
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Attempt to extract data about other users

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

GCM is an orthodox evangelical Protestant community. The platform maintains faith standards based on its Faith Foundation document, which includes core doctrines such as the Trinity, the authority of Scripture, salvation by grace through faith, and biblical views on marriage.

Users whose beliefs are found to be inconsistent with these standards may be denied access. This is a faith-based community decision, not discrimination based on any protected class.

GCM provides AI-powered matching recommendations. These are suggestions only — GCM does not guarantee compatibility, relationship success, or the accuracy of any user's self-reported information.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. GCM is not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.

Exercise caution when sharing personal information or meeting in person. GCM recommends meeting in public places and informing a trusted friend.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant GCM a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

Photos are subject to AI verification. AI-generated photos, stolen images, or misleading photos may result in account removal.

Your “My Beauty” card may be shared publicly if you choose to use the share feature.

GCM offers free and paid features. Pricing may vary by region. Payment terms, refund policies, and subscription details are presented at the point of purchase.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions through your account settings.

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. GCM may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, community standards, or faith requirements.

Upon termination, your profile, interview data, and matches will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.

GCM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the accuracy of AI-generated content, or the behavior of other users.

GCM is not responsible for any damages, losses, or harm arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users, including but not limited to emotional distress, financial loss, or physical harm.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCM's total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to GCM in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
